Completion Time of Products: All personalized and embroidered items will be completed and shipped out within 10 business days or less, unless otherwise stated. "Business Days" refers to the actual open business hours of operation for Gifts Sew Lovely as stated on our website, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST. All federal holidays are observed, therefore, holidays are not "Business Days". Sometimes Gifts Sew Lovely is closed for additional days throughout the year, which will be announced on the main page of the website. Orders are not processed until full payment is received, unless special arrangements have been made in advance with the store owner. If a payment is mailed, we will not process the order until it is received.

Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner than the normal completion time, for most products we offer a rush order option for a flat rate per item. This does not mean that we will ship your order overnight, it is directly related to how fast your order is completed. Rush orders will be completed in 2-3 business days, then we will ship your order via your choice of shipping option. If you do not see the rush order option with a product, please contact us to find out if we can make it in a rush for you. We will take rush orders on a case by case basis by request. High volume orders may not qualify for a rush order status as it may take longer to complete the higher volume of products.

Shipping & Handling For Orders to the U.S. & U.S. Territories: All orders are shipped via USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. Priority takes about 2-3 days, unless it is a peak holiday time, than it may take a day or so longer. Express shipment takes 1-2 days for delivery. Canadian residents typically receive shipments within 5-10 business days via Priority. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We ship to all U.S. territories including some of the following: Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Guam, military bases overseas, etc.

Shipping & Handling For International Orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS via Global Priority or Airmail with insurance. Global Priority is not available for all countries, so we may have to ship via Airmail or via some other acceptable shipment method with USPS. Global Priority generally arrives in 4-6 business days. Airmail generally arrives between 7-10 business days. We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Baker Island, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, Virgin Islands.

If your country is not listed, please contact us and let us know that you need an order shipped to a country not listed on our website and we'll let you know if we can make arrangements to ship there.

Lost Packages: If you have not received your order after a considerable amount of time, please check your tracking number on the USPS website to determine the delivery status. You should have received this via email when your order was shipped. If you have not received a tracking number via email, please contact us. If you have checked www.usps.com and entered your tracking number and it states that your packaged has been DELIVERED, but you still have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately to check if the package was returned to the post office. If your post office cannot locate the package, contact Gifts Sew Lovely and we will proceed with tracing your order. If your order is confirmed to be "lost", we will replace your order for no additional cost. It may take up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement product(s). We will do everything possible to expedite the replacement order.

Damaged Packages: If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY PACKAGING! We must have the original packaging and all the contents in order to replace your order. You must contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery so that we can tell you what steps you need to take to make the transaction smoothly and quickly.

Returns: We do not take any returns on personalized or custom made items, unless you are completely unsatisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the item. If you are not happy with the quality of your item due to the craftsmanship, you must contact us within 3 business days. We will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return, if it is solely based on the craftsmanship and quality. We do not accept "Buyer's Remorse" returns. Once the returned order is received, we will contact you to either replace it or issue store credit. We do not give cash refunds. If a store credit is issued, we will subtract shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. We do our best to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

Payments: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments via our secure online server, as well as via telephone and by mail orders. We also accept online payments via Paypal. However, if you would like to pay by a money order or personal check, please write it out to Gifts Sew Lovely

Personal checks may take up to 7-10 business days to clear, so please keep this in mind when making your order. If you want your order shipped quickly, then please consider paying via credit card. In the event that a customer's check is returned, we must apply a $25 fee or the maximum amount allowable in that state. We will not be able to accept checks from customers who have checks returned more than once.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of your personalized gift item, simply contact us within 48 hours to receive instructions on how to receive a replacement. Please package the order and all of the original contents in the original packaging if it is still in good condition. Otherwise, you can go to your local post office and pick up a free USPS priority shipping box, unless you choose to provide your own packaging. Please include a note explaining your dissatisfaction so that we may be able to understand exactly what you are not satisfied with and how we can try to improve our products for future customers. You will receive a replacement promptly and cheerfully. Cash refunds are not given. Shipping & handling is non-refundable.
