Please remember that all designs purchased from Gifts Sew Lovely are copyrighted. Gifts Sew Lovely prosecutes copyright infringements to the fullest extent of the law. Your purchase or downloading of any design is a license to USE the design(s). You do not own the design(s) or computer data file. You cannot legally copy Gifts Sew Lovely's artwork or design software, by any means, such as, for example, scanning, photocopies, or electronic transfer. The copyrights protect your best interests, as well as ours. When you purchase our embroidery designs, you only obtain a license to embroider those designs on fabric at one location and by ONE embroiderer. You may then sell, trade, or give away the embroidered goods which have the designs stitched on them. Items with our designs stitched on them may be sold on a limited basis. Any use of our designs for the purpose of mass production is prohibited, unless you have permission in writing from Gift Sew Lovely.

Duplication, alteration, conversion, resale, trading, sharing, or copying our artwork or design software is a violation of Title 17, U.S. Code and other Laws, and is subject to both civil and criminal prosecution. You may not rent, lease, or share the software. In no event shall Gifts Sew Lovely, be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use or loss of use of the software, even if Gifts Sew Lovely has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The user assumes full responsibility for hardware and data, and hereby releases the developer of our designs from all liability which may arise from the use of our designs.

By purchasing and/or downloading our designs, you are agreeing to abide by all terms.
